The room looked surface clean. The bathroom floor looked dirty - not needing sweeping, but deep mopping. There were several hairs stuck in the blanket. The buffet was great. The staff at the buffet were great! The casino was very stinky from smoking patrons. The casino staff was indifferent, and not acting like they wanted to help. The staff who gave us the free card to give discounts were great! The room was difficult to find. The staff told us to go down a ramp, but at the bottom of the ramp there was either an elevator or double doors that went outside. After searching for the room, we found that between the double doors was a door that led to the rooms. No signs were posted. Pool was closed for the season.

I only stayed one night. Yes it was smoke filled ,but what do you expect in las vegas.The room was comfortable, location not bad if you have a car.The security was superb inside as well as parking lot.Now for the disappointment,the buffet. First of all i could not understand one word the cashier said to me,and on top of that she was very rude,the food was cold at 8am when it opened,they perfer to serve the drinks, so you wait for the waiter,hopefully they dont forget.All in all i woudl stay again

Rooms were very clean and great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gambling is good there on the machines and at bingo. I have stayed there twice and will stay again. The only drawback is the smoke. If you don't like smoke, then I suggest you go somewhere else.

We have been guests of this hotel on two occasions. First time the air-conditioners were alot to be desired. We stayed 10/08 to 10/14/2008. Air-conditioners are new, work quite well. Rooms are very clean and so are the beds. Very helpful and friendly front desk and housekeeping. The buffet food is very tasty. Only down fall is the very smoky casino. If you have asthma or other bronchial troubles, bring your inhaler, etc. Slots are loose. You would have to a rent a car, about 6 to 7 miles from Strip. I would definitely stay again; you are only there to shower and sleep. Price is excellent for the hotel. We had to rent a refrigerator and it was in our room before the luggae arrived. They will even print out your boarding pass for you; just ask the manager, she is very sweet. Mostly locals and elderly play here. For the price, location, and care, I would give it 5 stars.
