    OK, call me crazy, but I really like this hotel. It reminds me of old Las Vegas except its clean and well-tended. The location at Flamingo and Paradise is perfect for meetings I attend, the price cannot be beat, and the room has always been comfortable and modern. It's not a five star suite at Caesar's but I never sleep in more than one room or more than one bed and only do that at night, so who cares? The staff was friendly and helpful, the shuttle to the airport was on time and free (unlike the rabidly insane cab driver who once again tried to take a long route and triple the fare and cursed me out when I told her to take Paradise - on meth maybe?) The convenience store has what I need, the band in the corner is exactly what one expects from a lounge act, and Starbucks and Buca and other things are right across the street. I have stayed here a bunch of times and will re-up until it changes. So far,itr's consistent.

    Stayed May 21st- 25th. Room was very good, wonderful beds & pillows but ground floor and view of parking lot spoiled it. Front desk clerk not helpful at all and quite rude when I asked if I could change room to change room even tho I offered to pay extra. He didn't change us. Buffet very good value and most staff very nice but a couple of rude waitresses who claimed not 'to understand' when I asked for herbal tea altho I had gotten it 5 other times during stay.

    Older hotel property, but clean with a few updates including large flat screen TV. Got a geat rate duy to the econmic slowdown which made this an outstanding deal. If prices had been "normal", I probably would have chosen a different place, but for my requirements on this particular stay, the rate could not be beat with for the amenities.

    I wanted to like this place, and did until my car was damaged in their parking structure, and they responded indifferently to this incident. Parked in the parking garage 8.19.09, 12 hours later, there’s this whitish liquid on the back and side of my car. It wouldn’t come off. Either vandalism or something dripped from a crack in the ceiling above my car. Security took a report, said I’d be contacted within 72 hours. I wasn’t. Called back, got a lot of, “that’s not my department.” Left NUMEROUS phone messages with various staff. One guy tells me security footage is retained for one year, another guy doubts this. Great, nobody knows their job. Just my kind of place. Two weeks later a manager calls. Says that their investigation found nothing unusual on the tape, and that the casino is not liable. I asked if I could review the tape. He said I’d have to talk to his boss. His boss tells me that my car wasn’t even observed on any of their security cameras during this period. So which is it? First guy tells me it was observed, no damage, second guy tells me it wasn’t even observed. Fishy. I ask if a camera is normally positioned on the area where my car was parked, as it is in a prominent, highly visible area. He replies, direct quote, “that’s none of your business.” I ask a few more times, he grows impatient, and hangs up on me. If you asked this guy if air exists, he’d hang up on you, that’s how helpful he was. So here I am, one manager said my car was seen on tape, and nothing unusual was observed, his boss tells me my car wasn’t even observed, and that the issue is none of my
